Highly recommend these guys to help you move. They were great about keeping me in the loop as to when they’d arrive at my house, and got there when they said. Were careful with my stuff, and got my POD loaded in no time. Definitely will use them again.

Lucky Movers, Ivan and Carlos, were outstanding! On time, careful, equipped with all necessary moving equipment like tools, dollies, and plastic wrap. And they really understood how to load a POD!
They utilized every single inch by positioning my furniture, boxes and bins in such a efficient, logical way. And I had some room left over! I was amazed! I’d definitely recommend them!

The unloading crew was really slow. The movers who loaded our truck in Florida did furniture wrapping and truck loading in 2 hours, but your guys took 3 hours just to unload the truck, which should have taken LESS time.

Mover's response:

You did’n mention that your truck was parked a hundred yards away from the apartment building entrance and we had to cross a busy street every time, which was not safe at all. You didn’t mention that there were dozens steps to get to the apartment and long hall ways. That was a miracle it took about 3 hours to unload your truck, that was big and complicated job that was not appreciated or anything.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.

What types of moves have you handled?

Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
