Communicated. On time. Prepared. They came with 4 guys when I requested 3 but did not pay for 4, Dave was the foreman and watched the pack to ensure tight and efficient. Nice guys and they worked hard. I would recommend them.

Dave's worked very hard to help us and were available when we needed them at the very last minute - the next day. However, they went WAY over time and they left several items that we did not agree to have left that we lost in our cross country move. We had stressed that we needed a mover with a dolly and were assured by Hire a Helper that Dave's would have a dolly. They did not and they asked us to go and rent one when they came to the job which they paid for. They were not prepared even thought we had stressed that the dolly was essential to the move.

They did not say anything about a dolly and when i asked if you all new a place we could get one your husband said he could go and get one I gave him the money to get the doll so you did not pay for that doll. You also had a 3 man crew the day before that did not finish the job that's why you all called us. As for the stuff your talking about we left behind we had asked what you would like in the trailer as you seen it was full and was unable to put all your belongings in the trailer. And you was happy with the job and even said you were very happy with the job we did and gave us a 45 dollar tip a peace.

David and his team were on time (arrived right when they had said they would); got right to work loading our two containers -- took the time to ensure that things were packed so they'd travel safely. They were friendly, courteous, systematic and professional, and we appreciate the attention they paid to keeping our belongings safe and secure for the long-distance move we're making. THANKS!

i needed muscle and experience. The two men that showed up were not very strong and had trouble moving an adjustable base bed. When one insisted that it would not fit in the container, i had to show him how to do it. i would not use them again.
