They were very professional and efficient. We really needed the manpower because of the heavy items we had, but what we didn't know was that we needed their expertise in loading up the truck just as much! We could not have gotten our items packed safely on the truck without the iMoversUSA crew's professional help. They worked very hard! We highly recommend them!!

Let me start by saying I don’t rate low often and one of the gentlemen that helped us was much MUCH better than the other.
We had two movers come out to help us, they were a bit late but told me so I didn’t mind. I don’t take stars off for that as long as they notify.
I do take starts off for being rude, which one of them was. I take stars off for not being careful and banging my walls so hard the paint CRACKED and chunks fell off. Not chipped. Lastly I take stars off for stuff that goes missing. One of my boxes magically disappeared and our entire house is unpacked now.
I can’t say 100% they did it but one of the guys was a more suspicious character from the get go and I wouldn’t be surprised. I wasn’t thrilled with this company and would NOT recommend.
Side note: the one dude that was good—he was so respectful and kind. If he stole my box I’m still not happy but I got the impression it was only one of the mover guys.

Lawrence and Matthew arrived on time with two other movers for a total team of four to unload two storage containers and place in a third floor appointment (no elevator). I have a fully furnished two bedroom apartment that they setup and removed trash within 3 hours. They were professional hard workers that handled my household goods with care. I would definitely use IMMoversUSA again!

Misleading information about available supplies that they bring for the move. As a result my belongings were not properly packed/loaded. My full length mirror broken because not properly secured/loaded.
