Relocation with On-Time Movers
A growing moving company dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients including packing, unpacking and moving in an efficient manner while maintaining quality work. COI provided for additional cost; Out of state clients are responsible for toll; All moves involving a piano, safe, pool table or items over 300 lbs automatically requires 3-4 helpers plus additional cost. PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE. Price negotiation is available for smaller versions of these three items listed. Next-day service requests incur a 50 percent premium charge of the base rate. UNSANITARY ITEMS/SPACES WILL NOT BE TOUCHED BY THE TEAM (i.e. ~ mildewed, rotted, asbestos, excessive dirt).

Crew was extremely unprofessional and refused to wrap my furniture properly and caused severe damage. My dresser shattered everywhere and my drawers as well. My furniture was 100% mirrored glass with LED and can’t be fixed or replaced because it no longer sold.
I’m completely crushed with how my concerns were handled and devastated with the process of filing a claim with the company.
If you want your items delivered successfully without any damage or incident do not hire these movers!!!!

I would absolutely recommend On-Time Movers to anyone locally or moving cross country. The guys were helpful, fast, and efficient. They asked me which rooms I wanted items in. We moved out of Hoboken NJ on a day of heavy rain and flooding. We were so grateful for Leon and Anthony's help. Not only did they move and pack our belongings and furniture in the truck, they did so in the pouring rain without any complaint and all within two hours! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Communication within 48 hours to discuss the details and officially add them to the company calendar.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call from me or a team member when in route and upon arrival. Consistent communication if there are any emergency issues. Evaluation of the property and physical discrepancies pointed out prior to moving any specific item.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be fully packed (unless hired for packing), have the transport vehicle close enough to the doorway of the moving location, clean and clear walkways to avoid injury during the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance (up to 100 miles), office, piano, pool table, safe, heavy furniture moving within the home.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All team members come in with basic experience. Additional training, such as properly loading the truck, assembly/disassembly, and properly working as a team to carry larger and heavier items are done on the job with leads that are assigned to each team.
