I hired Mack's Moving Company to help unload a U-Haul trailer for my elderly parents. They were in constant contact with me throughout the process and were right on time when when the truck arrived. Dwight and his partner were very courteous and respectful of my parents and their property. In fact, my parents liked them so much, they invited them out to dinner that night. Both men worked continuously until the truck was empty. I would hire them again in an instant if the need arises.

The two workers that helped move the furniture from my home into a POD showed up on time and prepared to start. They were great people and handled all the furniture with care. They wrapped the larger pieces with blankets and wrap and were very respectful of our pieces and loaded the POD completely. I would recommend them and I would definitely use them again. Great people, Great job!

Did not show up. Claimed that I had cancelled, even though I had left them detailed messages 2 days and one day before (supposedly due to "confusion" - what stopped them from calling I do not know. Called them around the time they were supposed to arrive, and the response was quite depresssing. Fortunately HireAHelper handled it very well, got someone else in 2 hours.

Crew of two arrived early for the assignment. Polite and professional all the way. The crew of two did the work of four and were done loading my apartment furniture in record time. The loading was tight with blankets and shrink wrap securing glass doors and high value furniture. I would highly recommend Mack's Moving Company for your move.

The were great guys, very personable, and they not only worked hard, they knew what they were doing! Kind, easy to talk to, made great suggestions on how to pack the containers, and all in all, I'd love to have Dwight and Trey help me again if I were to ever do this again!
