Jamal and Ed did a great job! They were on time, speedy, very careful, professional, and in good spirits. Moving stresses me out, and their positive attitudes did much to make me feel better! Mack's was fabulous in adjusting the initial moving time back 3 hours when my container was late in arriving. They were very willing to work with my unfortunate circumstances which was a blessing. The two young men who moved the items were very conscientious and industrious but seemed to lack some experience in packing the container. However, they were very willing to work with me and take direction, so the experience was very good and I highly recommend Mack's Moving Company LLC.

The two guys who helped us with our local move were extremely professional and efficient! Totally worth the money for a few extra hands.
When we got to our new place, we were able to go over the lease with our landlady, etc. while the movers unloaded our Uhaul. I would highly recommend Mack's Moving Company.

On time and very friendly. However, could pack a truck somewhat better. Boxes stacked floor to ceiling in a truck will crush the bottom boxes, which is what happened. At least my "do not crush" labeled boxes were on top. Luckily nothing was broken. The real kicker was they put a small desk (with full drawers) UPSIDE DOWN and almost everything fell out. Had that been right side up, it would have been fine. And they knew this desk had contents in the drawers! Also mattresses are not the best to use as partitions to hold boxes in place -- box springs work better. By the time we got to my destination, the mattress that was used as a barrier was bent in half and boxes had slid down everywhere. Truck was packed nice and neat when we left but certainly not when we reached our destination.

I left the heaviest furniture for the movers. The sleeper sofa is extremely heavy, and they had no trouble with it. Very nice young men.
