We provide a white-glove 5-star service for all our clients. All of our staff are trained to treat your items as their own.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call you 30 minutes before their arrival to confirm your job and their arrival time. They will be equipped with dollies and tools for your furniture. With superior customer service and years of training, our staff will make your move as easy as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should try and pack as many small items in labeled boxes as possible. Any delicate items that you do not want moved (TVs, glass, etc) should be put away.
What types of moves have you handled?
All types: local, long distances, evictions, offices, churches, schools. You name it, we move it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The fulfillment of making someone's moving experience as painless as possible. Nothing beats the look on a customer's face when that last box is taken off a truck or when that last bed is put together. Doesn't hurt to get paid to exercise.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members must complete 10 hours of modules before going into the field. After that, they are partnered with a team lead for their first 10 jobs and evaluated at the end of their probational period to make sure they are What's the Move LLC ready!
