On time and arrived ready to work. They were friendly, hard working and was able to unload a moving truck into a storage unit. I was amazed they got it all to fit! They were careful in handling all of our furniture which was Amish solid oak (HEAVY).

These fellows worked long and hard and due to the failing of the transportation company, and they dealt with a very confusing situation. PODS, without any notice, just did not show up with one of the scheduled containers. They offered nothing other than a 5 day delay which was beyond the day I would own the house. So Ricardo and his co-worker filled up the large POD, the UBOX and a Uhaul trailer to get as much packed as we could. The move was far from perfect but it certainly would have been a lot worse with Alpha Movers and their great customer service and expertise. So far everything got here undamaged and I didn't kill anyone pulling that Uhaul trailer. Thanks guys.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our Alpha Force lead mover will contact you to discuss your planned move (for details). In addition, we will gather intel, to fully understand your needs and goals in order to best meet your expectations.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
It is our goal to be on time, finish the task in a timely manner in order to allow you to focus on the things that require your attention.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, I would recommend that you have check list of last minute questions or expectations for review at the beginning of the move. Once the show starts, prepare yourself with a nice snack and beverage. We will ensure to keep you up to date on our progress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed a variety of moves; everything from small local residential moves to large commercial warehouse relocations. No job is too big, we enjoy any challenges.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is partaking in life changes. It is exciting to witness first hand the excitement or courage in someone's persona while they are embarking on a new beginning.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all Alpha Force movers with "moving" strategies in order to be efficient and effective. It is instilled in our movers to work smart in order to maintain endurance and high energy.
