Relocation with Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC
Tucson local moving company founded and ran by students at the University of Arizona. Our crew began moving together for various other companies during our freshman year. Three years later, we are seniors and know what customers want out of their movers. We are new to HireAHelper, however, we collaborated to found Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC in February of 2021 and have since serviced over 4000 customers. The guys were excellent to work with, moving carefully and quickly. They emptied the whole 16 ft pod, assembled bedroom sets, and placed boxes where we needed them. They were very courteous and finished the whole job within their 2 hours. I will recommend you should anyone ask me.

Our movers were excellent. They were kind and incredibly efficient. This company however is absolutely shameful. Our movers were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 11. I reached out to the company at 11:15 via text, and wasn’t contacted until hours after the move was over. I called the company at 11:45 to find out when they were coming, and got a call back at 12:00 that a job ran long and they’d be there in 30 minutes. This is now 2-1/2 hours later than the start of their scheduled arrival window. I prepaid for 4 hours; they finished our move in 2-1/2 hours, and like I said, the movers were lovely. HireAHelper refuses to pay back the 90 minutes the movers didn’t use, and we were only given $40 off our bill for their lateness. This company is ridiculous and shameful, and I’ll never recommend them to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A call with a few inquiries about the job, including a meetup time and address!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call with an accurate ETA followed by our arrival and getting right to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If it can fit into a box, pack it in one! This is the safest option for smaller items during transit. Also, keeping walkways as open as possible for us to carry/dolly your furniture/boxes to the truck definitely speeds up the job!
What types of moves have you handled?
We've tackled local moves, interstate moves, single-item deliveries, heavy furniture moves on the same property, load-only and unload-only jobs, and even a handful of just furniture assembly jobs!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving gets hectic and stressful. We love being movers because we get to take a load of stress off of our customers backs with our quick, efficient service and our flexibility with scheduling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers are trained on packing/stacking boxes and furniture in trucks in a manner that is safe for transit. Additionally, we teach them various techniques to leverage use of equipment such as various types of dollies, forearm straps, and tie-downs.
