On time arrival. They were very careful with the unloading of the U-haul truck. They took their time to be sure that everything was handled carefully and properly (even so, they were done in less than the two hour window). They asked questions as to where each item would go.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
