They were 15 minutes late but did a decent job. They offered to put rest of furniture in garage till Iwas able to get another pod.

Mover's response:
You had insufficient space in your POD to get everything to fit, and we tried telling you that there was not enough room to get everything in there. Not only that you did not provide us with any paddings for your furniture, and you still had expected us to get everything in the POD. When it was clear not everything would fit you were upset. You had made arrangements to sell the house before we even showed up, and you tried getting the PODS sent out as soon as it arrived- we have no control over how efficiently we can load up a POD. We always make sure we properly load up a POD, both for safety reasons of the DRIVER and for the loaders/unloaders who will subsequently be responsible for the work. We are disappointed in this dishonest review and we understand moving can be very expensive- which is why if you are not sure everything will fit, always ask professionals who can gauge and provide proper information on whether or not everything will fit. We know you already sold the house to the new buyers before we even finished the job- understandably upset since not everything fit in the POD. Does not mean you should provide false reviews. And for the record we DID NOT OFFER to move your furniture. You had to get the furniture out of the home, as you sold it already to new homeowners who were nice enough to allow your furniture to be placed in their new garage.

I had two young guys Moe and Isaac from Mr Sugaro`s turn up on time and boy did these two work so hard and fast they were like machines, they did such an amazing job.. thanks guys made our move so much easier...

They did a good job loading the truck however they stacked heavy things on top of other things that should not of been on top of resulting in a desk being broken. Items should be handled as if it was theirs a little more careful and more thought into the job.

Thank you for the honest review; we will further discuss this with the crew and identify what the underlying issue was; we understand this particular job did not have blankets nor any type of protection provided for your HHG's; This is very important when dealing with trailers such as ABF's, PODS, and the likes. It's always important to protect your furniture with some sort of padding as so it prevents any mishap during transport. We are not responsible for the driver; we are responsible for how the ABF is loaded up. In light of this we will be developing a unique way of providing our clients with all the information they need in a situation that may warrant further investigation. How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.

What types of moves have you handled?
