Even though we weren't on time, they still were and were ready to help us when we got our lease straightened out. These guys were awesome with pulling our stuff in, putting it in rooms that we asked and were extremely courteous of our stuff. They busted their butts and got us all un-trucked in an eighth of the time that it took for us to pack the truck. Super people, super kind, super service.

Excellent service! Joseph & his assistant were fast, efficient, polite and professional as they carefully unloaded & placed our possessions from a PackRat unit in our driveway. Both exceeded our expectations, ensuring that everything was gingerly placed exactly where we wanted. In addition, they exhibited patience & gentle humor when I frequently responded to their queries about where to set something with "I don't know" or "I'm not sure yet." This positive attitude helped calm my own nerves & feelings of being overwhelmed by the huge amount of stuff we're currently trying to squeeze into our newly downsized space. Their upbeat approach was applied to the transport of our massive, king-sized electric bed -- extra heavy w/tons of cords, motors & plugs attached -- w/no drama whatsoever regarding their handling of these materials. I would not hesitate to hire this team again, as I'm sure we will do, for our next move.

Joseph is outstanding. His partner Akeem(?) was worthless. Joseph did all the work, the partner never volunteered to help Joseph, never took a pro-active move to help. Had to be directed and responded with little enthusiasm or spirit. Joseph deserves the entire fee!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
