The two young men that came to my house to unload our pod, was excellent. They were A1 on Customer Service A1 on being helpful to answer any questions, and they did it within the two hour frame that was agreed-upon. They were great, communicative and showed up on time! I even asked if they could help me unload earlier as my POD arrived sooner than expected. They were willing to accommodate and come a day early. While they were here they asked a lot fo questions about where things should go and what I want assembled. They even gave tips on proper pool care as I'm a first time home-owner with a pool.

Movers were on time; they were prepared for the job; they worked hard and finished the job on time; one of the three movers was not respectful of our property; he would not follow my instructions and argued with my wife; doing it “his way” ended up breaking off two legs of my TV stand.
I would Mister Saguaro again - as long as that one mover was not part of the crew.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
