I’m so glad I chose more workers! They got the pods completely empty in the allotted time!! I am although a bit disappointed in the people who loaded them. While they worked hard and got the loaded, there were quite a lot of scratches. The people who unloaded them said they should’ve put some plastic tubs in between the furniture to help prevent scratches. I haven’t looked through the tubs yet to see if anything is broken or not. But all in all, I’m very happy it got done!

CitiHaulers were easy to book online, and they had good communication before the move-in time. The two movers I had were very friendly. We had just had hardwood floors installed, and they were conscientious not to damage anything when moving things inside. They worked well together, coming up with an efficient system of one person bringing boxes inside and the other taking the boxes upstairs. They followed directions and worked very quickly. I hired them for 2 hours to move a single 8' PODS container, and they were finished in just over an hour. The only problem I had was a miscommunication between the secretary and the movers about how I needed to close out the job. I believe they had just moved to a new system, so I think it was just growing pains. They were very nice about helping me figure out what I needed to do. I would definitely recommend them for your next move!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booked an email or text with a brief list of what we will need to know regarding your move will be sent within 24 hours of booking. From there we go over all pertinent questions we, as well as the customer may have. This helps make sure there are no surprises for the customer or movers come move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call and or text will be sent 30 minutes prior to movers arrival. Letting customers know their movers have left and are headed their way. Movers time doesn't start until arrival. Once movers arrive they'll do a quick walk through with customers to determine where best to get started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving can be stressful. We get that. Here at Citihaulers we aim to make your move as stress free as we can. We can help with as much or as little as you'd like. Our movers are all experienced. We don't milk the clock nor do we ever charge for anything you don't personally add on. We advise all customers to please be completely packed and ready to go upon movers arrival. If you'd like assistance we do offer packing or unpacking services. As well as move out or move in pre-cleaning.
What types of moves have you handled?
Here at Citihaulers we do all residential and commercial moves. We also help assist with nusring homes, retirement centers, offices, schools, etc We've had the privilege of moving many businesses here in Oklahoma. No job is too big or too small !
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Honestly it's meeting new people. Seeing people move into their dream homes. Getting to help parents move their kids into colleges. While trying not to get choked up yourself at their tearful goodbyes.It's hearing stories from all over. It's getting fresh baked cookies from your favorite Missionaries before they leave again. It's having customers stop and pray with you when you've just heard bad news. It's becoming friends and some times like family with the many people we've been blessed to have met.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We never send movers out without proper training. Before any crew is able to go out on their own they're accompanied by a Supervisor. This requires them to work side by side with a Supervisor or Team Lead for at least 30 days before they're ever sent out. We also do quality assurance checks on our moves. You may see a Supervisor show up during your move to check on movers. See if the movers need anything from drinks to lunch and to check on the customers and see if they have any questions or concerns.
