They were good, but could have been a little bit more professional and informed me of when they were expecting to arrive. I had to call and make sure they were still coming. They did a good job but a couple of snide remarks were made while doing their job.

I had very good experiences with movers earlier but this time it was different. The person who came was not communicating or helping with anything apart from loading things into container. He looked frustrated not sure why. I asked for his help with wrapping some of the furniture items but he was neither declining nor helping. He simply ignored what i was saying and kept loading things into container. Overall they looked experienced and did decent job loading the items but the overall experience was disappointing for me.

I had a really good experience with J & E Moving! Josh was super easy to communicate with, even when things changed with U-Haul and I couldn't pick the truck up in time for when I had booked them. They arrived when they said they would, and they were prepared. It was a hot day, and they moved me out of an upstairs apartment. They traveled from Corvallis to Vancouver to unload. Traffic was bad that day. The guys all had good attitudes, packed the van well, and took care of my things. Very much appreciated.

These guys did a great job, they were polite and considerate and made sure to be careful unloading my pods. They helped set up what I asked them to set up and they made sure that anything that I had forgotten to label they asked where I wanted the boxes to do. They arrived within the window of time I was quoted. I would use them again in the future.
