JC & Sons arrived a half hour late. The first 2 hours seemed like they were doing a good job. 3rd hour John continued to receive personal calls. I had to remind him of additional walk through rooms, leaving furniture and household goods. I realized that within the first 2 hours, JC & Sons DID NOT organize and maximize loading the truck! I literally started loading the dolly, bringing boxes to the truck in the last 20 minutes of the fourth hour. Again, I felt like JC & Sons were "milking" additional time. JC & Sons also damaged my furniture. Can I upload pictures? How do I file a damage claim? I would NOT recommend JC & Sons.

They were on time, called before coming, introduced themselves and were very pleasant. They knew how to do the job I had hired them for and went right to work. However, I only have 30 minutes of work for them to do and had to pay for 2 hours. I wish there was a way I could get my money's worth by calling them back for the other hour and a half I paid for.

They called a few days prior to confirm the move and called the morning of to ensure I was moving forward. I appreciated the way they worked with me to get the job done in as timely a fashion as possible.
