They were not on time. Arrival was supposed to be from 8-9, they showed at 11:50. Said they were late because they were tired from a moving job that wasn’t with the company.
My items arrived in good condition except for a couple of scratches on corners of furniture.
After unloading items from my old house,
I left to go to the new house while they finished loading the truck. They arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Trip was no more than 30 minutes between destinations. A neighbor told me she saw them on what “looked like a break.” I called and they said they had trouble packing the truck.
I would not use this company again.

Excellent job. I couldn't get the door of my POD opened and the movers kept working on it and one mover actually crawled inside to loosen the jammed furniture. They were efficient, respectful of my belongings and incredibly kind with spirits of good nature and humor.

Upset with the start timing from the movers - They came late
I am just letting you know that I was not happy 100% with the recent move that I got from HireAHelper. Movers were scheduled to come between 8 AM - 9 AM but they reached my apartment after 10 AM. Because of that, I had to reschedule/cancel my other appointments. No one informed me about their delay. I got concerned then call the mover to make sure that they are coming.

Andrew and Jacob came on time and were super prepared. They worked very hard, were fast, competent and careful of all the items. I would certainly use them again.
