We had a terrible experience with Move Pros. One of the movers was clearly unmotivated to work and had to be told by the other guys to work. We moved out of a storage unit and into my new home. When we got my new home one of the movers had left his phone at the storage unit and decided to go back and get it taking with him all the dollies and moving equipment. He was gone for almost an hour. While he was gone the two remaining movers were arguing about what to do. they were literally unloading the truck one box at a time. We lost an hour of work because we were a man down. When i called to let the office know what was happening i was told the guy would return soon. They told me they would take an hour off the charges. The problem was we lost an hour so they went an hour over the reservation. Their "accommodation" was to not charge me for the extra hour they needed to fix their issues. That was unacceptable. I got charged full price. Worse the movers struggled to get my dresser upstairs and gouged several deep gashes in my walls and damaged my $500 dresser. They also dragged furniture across the floor leaving scratches on the floor. Would never use these guys again. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

MovePro's service was "ok", and I'm being kind.
The movers were nice, though pro is an overstatement, their office sent them with a smaller truck, which lead to the move taking longer than anticipated, my tv broken and furniture with lots of small nicks and a few significant ones, plus a broken piece in my bed footer.
Having said that, HireAHelper Service and customer support was great! I will definitely continue to use HireAHelper to book services.

Move on 10/18/21. I was told ahead of time they would be late and they were late. However, later than I was told. I previously moved these items last year. Same place, same distance and was even coming from a two story house to a storage unit. The 2 movers before did all of it in 3.5 hrs. This move alone took 3 hrs to load from the same storage unit. The workers were friendly and polite but moved very slowly. It took another 1 and half hrs to unload into a 1-story house. There were times when they were on their phones either on calls, FaceTime or messing with their music. I have a second move scheduled with them tomorrow 10/21/21. The only reason I didn’t cancel was because I would not be able to find movers on such short notice. I did ask the company not to send the same individuals. Don’t get me wrong, they worked and got the job done with some minor damages but that is to be expected. I tipped them $20 each.

I didn’t get a call that they were on their way, they were late, it took 10 minutes for 2 men’s to back the truck up, they spent to much time wrapping items didn’t need to, there was a argument between two of them over a dolly. One set the alarm off by going out the emergency exit, there was an artificial plant by the elevator and when I told them that I would take it back one said that was mine now I told him no that I would return it but was not left here they took it with them. The cover on the exit sign was knocked off when I asked did they do it one said he would put tape on it. I would never use them again.

Movers were nearly an hour late, and clearly didn't want to be there. The gentleman working inside was on the phone the entire time, and seemed primarily focused on how to move without breaking a sweat (I think he was successful). Things were packed into my moving pods very poorly, which led to thousands of dollars in damage, including total losses of several large pieces of furniture - made even worse by the fact that there was still a stack of moving blankets inside that they didn't use. They even left one of my toilets clogged. I honestly wish they'd just been a no-show. If you're just looking for basic labor, this would probably be fine - but if you're loading things that you care about to move any meaningful distance, pay the money to have it done right.

Move pros LLC was very respectful of our time. They arrived ahead of schedule and worked very hard. Finished a two hour job in 55 minutes. They were very kind and handled being around our two toddlers and newborn very well. Everything that they touched was placed down gently what’s zero damage to our house or our items. Definitely using them again when we move next time.
