While the initial coordination prior to the service was frustrating, and they couldn't arrive until 3 hours after the scheduled time, I was very happy with their service once they began working. I found them to be friendly, and they took good care with my belongings during the packing of a container. Overall they did a good job, and I was satisfied with the service.

Service was quick and fast no problems. They called me ahead of my appointment to let me know that they were running a little late due to another job they were doing. They came at the time they said they would. Were well prepared . Highly recommend them.

Kevin communicated the night before to go over details and confirm arrival time, this morning he called ahead to say he would be early if that was OK. When they arrived we did a walk through to discuss where all the furniture would be placed, what route and what order it would be moved. I really appreciated the time and attention to detail Kevin and LaVon took during the walk through. They worked very well together moving some heavy and bulky items up a narrow stairwell taking care not to damage the furniture or the walls. They were very professional and offered to help setting up and moving some items that were not in the scope of work.
I’m very satisfied with the work they completed and will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks to Kevin and LaVon for the safe and efficient move.
