They kept in contact as I neared my destination and had a crew to me before the previously scheduled time. I had booked two helpers for three hours; they sent three and completed the job in an hour. They were experienced, and careful with my goods. Would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys did such a great job! I was able to book them the day before my moving truck arrived. They worked hard and brought everything inside so quickly, even with one flight of stairs. There were a couple pieces we couldn't fit upstairs without taking them apart, but the guys tried several times just to make sure and to save us time as well. At the end they even offered to help clean up :) I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help moving. They were also super friendly and genuinely seemed to love what they do. Thank you!

I can not say enough about Assured Moving. 1st of all they were happy to work with, respectful of our property and goods. We were moving from a old home on the Oregon Coast. We were on the 2nd floor with a very narrow staircase, but they handle the move with ease. There was nothing that they could not handle, with never a complaint about how heavy or difficult the move was. If moving could ever be considered a joy, it would be with using Assured Moving.

The helpers arrived on time but they were in tennis shoes and they had not read the work order so they were not prepared to move my piano. They then accepted cash payment saying it would be no problem to cancel the charge to the debit card - when in fact 4 days later the charge is still pending on the account - they also gouged a wall in the house i am moving into and altho they were nice and worked "hard" , we were dissapointed and will not recommend nor use this service again.

Very professional, personable and fast. They were a little later than they said they would be, but I've moved a number of times in the last 3 years, and they are ALWAYS late. These guys picked up the slack when another company that I booked did not show up, or return my calls. If you see any company with even 1 no show, I would think twice about hiring them. It's a real stressor! Avoid that and hire Assured.
