I was very pleased with the Hire A Helper team that came and did an excellent job loading a Pod for storage. The gentlemen were friendly, and very professional, and once the "clock" started clicking they worked hard. They took care that all of my items were protected from any potential damage. I hope to be able to use them again when the temporary storage will be transfered to a long-distance move.

The loaders were terrific. Kevin and Billy work together cheerfully and well. They hustle with no wasted time. They were very careful in moving the items without even scratching walls or floors. Their packing the PODS was unbelievably good. They gave us tips on unloading on the other end as well. It would be great if they can come with us to unload the items.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I will call to discuss your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.
