They were on time and friendly and worked hard. We had 3 guys instead of 4, so me and my husband helped to empty the storage unit. The guy who did most of the packing in the truck didn't protect the wooden tables and head board of our bed that was all damaged. Deep marks in the wood. Also the mattress had dirt and oil or grease on it and has to be cleaned. We were very disappointed and would not use hire A helper again. Do you compensate for damages?

Mover's response:
I do trust the $ we sent you is sufficient to replace any damages that incurred and I do apologize again for your mattress, headboard and tables. Never got any photos of the damage that I asked for btw. That being said , when we first talked , I suggested that you rent a few dozen furniture pads for your trip to N.Y., since we were only loading on our end. When we arrived , you had a few sheets. I gave up 7 of our moving blankets (all we had with us) to protect your belongings. I brought 3 men because of the short walk , 1st floor from storage to truck 20' away. This saved you $. As for you "helping" us , it just blocked a clear path to the truck. I do thank you for saying we were on time and worked hard. God bless you and your husband. It was great meeting the both of you and sharing common interests. Anyone hiring us ; when we talk on the phone, I will ask a lot of questions and give advice on how to make your move as smooth as possible. I really do care. Our overwhelming 5 Star reviews shows this. It is unequivocal that our work ethic is above the standard moving company out there and reviews like this can only make us better @ what we do. The entire service was excellent during the process of assisting my wife and I move from our home. Our helpers were professional and managed their time wisely. They've protected all of our items when loading onto the moving truck and shared their expertise in how to maximize the space when moving our items into our storage unit. I am recommending their services for anyone needing assistance moving from home to home, furniture to storage, etc.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

I will call to discuss your moving needs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
