We believe it begins with on-time appointments, respect for your belongings, and organized loads/unloads for on-time delivery. We coordinate all scheduling, packing, and delivery. Update: Durning COVID-19 I provide my crew members with face coverings and gloves. I also prompt them to keep social distancing went around the customer.

Jon's Friendly Movers showed up at the agreed upon time frame and got right to work unloading our items into storage. We have a solid wood bar that weighs at least 200 pounds and is an odd shape and they did an excellent job knowing how to manage it. It is obvious they know their craft and can be trusted with people's personal items. Would definitely use again.

Awesome. The reservation was super easy on the website, they even send reminders just in case you have to reschedule or cancel. In my case I had to reschedule to one day later, moved with. With no issue and no extra charge. The packer they sent were amazing. I assumed all of our stuff wouldn’t fit and we had 1/4 of our container still available when they left. Would recommend and if I move back to Va would use them again. Workers were professional and fast.

Had to move my start time up the day prior and the two man team showed up as requested and on time - unloaded a full 26’ U-Haul in 2 hours. With the exception of a few boxes ending in the wrong rooms all went as we hoped.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
What types of moves have you handled?
Jon's Friendly Movers does local, long-distance and office moves. We offer loading / unloading from house to house, house to storage unit, moving offices and relocation across states.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a mover would have to be the variety of people we meet and in sharing in some positive life events.
