Did not show up on time. When we finally complained enough, they pulled 2 guys off another job in our town to fill our pod. The guys came with only muscle. They were very nice and did a good job lacking the pod so that none of our few belongings shifted on the trip. Was not impressed at all with their boss or their company and would not use them again. They ended up giving us a $100 discount which meant the price went from about $450 down to $350 for the 20 minutes worth of work that they were late for. The minimum charge is 2 people for 2 hours (which is standard for all these companies) even though the work only took 20 minutes.

The guys were really nice and hardworking, however a banister on the wall in my stairwell was knocked loose, and they broke our front window moving our couch in. I’m going to attempt to get in touch with the office and see if they are willing to assist with the damages or not.
