You people really took advantage of me. I paid about 700$ for 3 hours of piss poor work. I gave you one star and I only wanted to give you a half. The only thing they did right was taking the heavy stuff out of the apt. to the truck. They did not know how to pack the truck properly to get the most out of the space. I told them the first day I had moving blankets. The second day the brother of the guy from the first day when I told them again after some furniture was loaded said why didn't you tell us so why didn't the guy from the first day tell the guy on the second day. A lot of my furniture got scratched and they broke 3 knobs off my coffee table draws.
Further more a bookshelf was loaded with the shelves facing the cab so nothing could be put on them to save space. Also the first day one of them pick up a big box from the living room and I told them not to load it because it was empty. The next day I saw that it was no longer in the living room because it got loaded.
The second day the brother from the first day kept insisting the truck was full after one hour. I got the impression he only wanted to work 1 hour and get paid for 2.
The next 4 days I loaded a dining room table that I had takin the legs off a drawing table I took the legs off and another metal table about 2 1/2' x 5', several totes, several boxes, a floor lamp, floor fan, a post auger still in the box and some other odds and ends. I am a 70 year old disabled Vietnam Vet. How do you think I felt after that? Then I drove 2998 miles to AZ.
How about reimbursing me some money because of not getting what I paid for. If you don' t this is going on social media and I am calling the BBB to make a complaint.
I also loaded 4 dinning room chairs and an office chair. I had to climb over a bunch of stuff to do that. When they took the mirror off the back of the dresser they just let the hardware fall to the floor. I forgot to put in that I told them not to load a suitcase and guess what? It ended up on the truck. The weren't even close to professional and there was absolutely no communication between.

They did a great job from start to finish. I would definitely use them again. My only recommendation would be that when they disassemble a piece of furniture, not forget the hardware behind. Label it and tape to piece of furniture. This could happen to anyone. Very enjoyable to work with the movers that help me with the move.
