The crew was great! Had to work around challenges of steps and rain but they handled it well. Would definitely rehire as they were professional and courteous.
They did a good job given what they had to work with. The HireAHelper site recommended 2 people for two hours for our three bedroom move. That was what we booked but it was definitely not what we needed. So Smart Moves came, did their best to pack as much of our stuff as they could and then left us to finish the job. We were happy they could stay longer than originally planned.
Arrived on time, then determined loading sequence. Two 10x10 storage units loaded in a couple of hours and arrived 330 miles away just like it did when I left. They did a great job.
Michael and his 2-man crew did a great job! They worked incredibly hard in the FL heat, and finished the very difficult third floor move in less than the allotted time (2 hrs). I would highly recommend using Time Machine Load Masters to friends and family. They were very respectful of our property, our new home (no dings to walls or doorframes) and to us!
These gentlemen went above and beyond with getting my items packed and ready for my move! Had 3 flights of stairs to go and still got everything done in a timely and effective manner, would 100/10 recommend to anyone needing to have items loaded and packed for a move!
