They showed up on time, barely (6:56 in the 6-7pm window). They did work hard and were fast and strong. My problem is that I asked them to pack the bedroom furniture last because I wasn’t sure all my stuff would fit and planned to leave the bedroom furniture behind and try to sell it if it didn’t all fit. They insisted with 100% confidence it would all fit and then it didn’t. And they came to me asking if I could put stuff in my car. No, I already had set aside stuff for my car. When I asked them to take out a dresser they did so, but didn’t offer to take out the second dresser which was packed further in. While all my stuff may not have fit regardless (but I wouldn’t know), the fact that they didn’t listen to me to start with and made no offers to fix the situation is what turned me off. It was late, and I felt like they just wanted to get out of there. Id more or less just caution be consumed that if you have a plan, stick to it.

These guys came and helped me move my larger furnishings out of our home onto a penske truck. They were nice enough, quite personable, but on arriving to our new home we discovered several furniture items were damaged/broken. They just got the job done but not very gently. I guess you get what you pay for. At the end of the service they stood over me as I completed the payment sequence then expected I review them immediately. Glad for their help, but wish they'd have been a touch more careful and listened to direction a little closer.

The service arrived 5 hours late, whenever I called the company, they said that they are in their way. In the end, it was two kids show up, they were both very nice and helpful, we end up finished the moving without issues. But it was not kind of professional mover I was expecting, and I had to also move a lot of stuff myself as well.

BEWARE! No showed on my moving day. After calling for an update was not given one at all. They actually started sending my calls directly to a voice mail that wasn’t set up. After I got hire a helper involved, said movers would be there in 15 minutes and nobody showed up. A total nightmare. Run away from this company!
