I was more than satisfied with KI Services. They were on time, and very conscientious and careful with some antique furniture we had. They were also very professional and addressed our concerns and needs accordingly. The truck was picked up hours before our meet location with KI services, and was partially loaded with furniture and odds and ends from another home. Two residences were being moved to one, and after meeting them at the designated time, they were still able to rearrange the truck and load up a two bedroom condo in very good time. These guys worked very hard the time we had them, and I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks KI Services!

We used KI Services to load our PODS for a military move. They were quick and professional. Just watch and make sure they don't put your heavy items on top. One of my IKEA bookshelves got crushed beacause of this.

This is a 2-part review. For KI Services I would give a below average rating. The two movers of theirs who were supposed to move my and my boyfriend's furniture on Sunday, Aug. 15, failed to show up for work. We were left worried and waiting for three hours (!) until two movers from a company they contract with, Bobby and Rocco, showed up. They rocked! They were excellent, knowing exactly how to move certain items, taking great care with my larger, more expensive pieces, and packing the truck very well. For our next move we'll contact Bobby and Rocco directly.

They were late showing up but that was mostly due to the fact that the exit ramp to the location was closed.
The helpers did a good job of ensuring my effects were well protected when loading into the trailer. They took longer than anticipated. Some of the time was wasted by a lot of phone calls to get additional help and to arrange other jobs they had that day. Otherwise the work they performed was very good and I would use them again in the future if need be. I would just hope they plan their day a little better next time.

Kingsley and Justin were wonderful. They knew what they were doing. Wrapped all my oak furniture and the flat screen tv's and anything fragile, so it would not get damaged in the move. Very strong and respectful young men. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
