I scheduled my move for 9am, and movers did not arrive until 1:30pm, after several phone calls and being told they were on their way. However, I did receive reimbursement for a hour of services, after I requested it due to the inconvenience and affect on my move.

The workers were polite and hard working although was supposed to start between 10-11am and didn't arrive until 2pm and a lack of communication at times. Because of their issues, I didn't complete what I still had to do until 1am. I would never use them again. Thank goodness I won't ever be moving again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect a call to let you know that we're headed to your location. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to assess the location. If there are no questions from neither party then we'll get right to work for you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best thing you can do on moving day is make sure everything is packed and ready to go. If you are unsure or concerned about something don't hesitate to give us a call.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
