They were so great. I booked them two days out and then the day before called to see if they could come a bit earlier. They were so accommodating and showed up 10 minutes before that time. They were efficient, kind and finished the move with lots of time to spare. I would highly recommend them for a move and would gladly use them again. Thanks Damus for amazing customer service!

Antonio and Kevin did an amazing job. Arrived on time and immediately went to work unloading my pod. They were very courteous and diligent with my things. I would definitely use them again.

The helpers did a great job packing our POD. We reserved 3 hours and they finished in two. They were very courteous and respectful of our home and property. My only complaint is that they were very late. Arrival time was scheduled between 12-1pm and they arrived at 3pm. When I called POD at 2pm I was more taken back with their handling of my call. The gentleman put me on hold then came back and said, “the manager said he will call you.” I asked when and what’s going on? The POD rep responded with agitation, “NOW he’s calling Now.” Okay I thought maybe he’s having a bad day too. He offered No apology, no concern, no explanation. So I said, “well, I guess I’ll wait for him to call me Now then.” Please note, The manager never Called. At 2:20 I received a call from the helpers that they would be there at 3pm. When they arrived they seemed surprised at that fact they were 2 hours late. Which led me to believe someone else dropped the ball and not them. This is the reason I didn’t give a lower rating and not a higher rating. I wish I could rate each phase of the process as to not punish the helpers themselves with a low rating. I did give a generous tip because they did a great job.

Definitely a “keep it moving” crew. Had 2 unload locations. No problem handling my hiccup. Had to get a larger storage unit when we arrived at storage. I grossly under estimated the size needed.

Due to circumstances beyond their control they were late and while I'd requested four men there were three. However these three did the work of four and used the booked time effectively. They were respectful, careful, and friendly. I would hire these specific three men again.

We had 2 movers, one was very professional, respectful of belongings, and very appropriate in every way. The heavy set guy broke 2 things and didn't tell us (bystanders saw it and informed us) and was rude. He spilled a large box of greeting cards all over the driveway and left them there. He was unprofessional and careless. I was willing to let it go, because I don't have time for negativity. I even gave both of them generous tips because I didn't want to stiff the good mover. Then the heavy guy yelled at me that he was adding 30 minutes to my bill (that I had already paid) and I would need to pay more. That was the last straw, and when I decided to leave an accurate review instead of letting it go. This guy needs a new profession.

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
