The movers arrived on time. I paid for two but three came. They were for the most part courteous. The issue began when they started moving our things. We moved from a trailer that was full into our home. They dropped boxes, broke many things, scratched my walls and towards the middle of the move began just unloading into the garage vs. the house. At one point, one of them was bent over and out of breath and complained about his knees. My husband smelled alcohol on two of them.
In the end, after they left, we had to move many things that were labled to a specific room, from our garage to the inside of the house. I was so disappointed in the service. I would NOT recommed them.

We had three guys come and they did an amazing job. They were conscientious. They worked the entire time & were very careful with the furniture and ask questions to be sure they were putting everything in the right place.

To start I place my order a day before and spoke with the manager or boss. He informed me his workers would be able to get on a military where I was moving and could move my house hold goods with no issues. So let's start the movers showed up late by 3hrs, I called multiple times prior before them arriving and the boss of the moving company started saying he was a retired officer in military which I appreciate since I am currently serving, but he planned poorly. His workers had 2 jobs schedule to same time as mine. Two workers arrived, but only one worker could lift while the other was brand new. So I assisted the other worker who was very experienced and great. He ripped part of my recliner. So I called the owner and made a deal like since I paid for 2hrs and my moving truck was only half empty his workers would stay there as long as it would take and I would not be charged. So all in summary owner could plan better, hire more experienced workers, and not give me an excuse.

The crew was late, but understandably due to vehicle trouble. I had to call to check on them when they were 45 minutes late, and they didn’t make it until two hours after the scheduled time. I didn’t get to observe how both containers were loaded, but based on the little I saw as the second one was loaded, I’ma little concerned about how things will look when unloaded. The crew was courteous and they worked hard, but the crew lead wasn’t as talented as I hoped for. I tipped them all for working hard.

I couldn't have asked for more professional movers. They packed my POD container in a neat orderly fashion with care given to all of my belongings. They were on time and got the job done quickly. And it was done right.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
