Great attitude and strong men. Very pleasant to talk with and since I only had them for a short time 30 minutes max, to load a trailer. They even moved furniture for me, that needed to be moved. Would highly recommend.

Called at 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon for a few guys to load a rental truck for a move out of state the next day at 10 - 11. They called and said they were running a little behind. They showed up at about 11:30 and worked their butts off to load a 16 foot truck. Filled it to the back door in about an hour and a half. Could not have happier. They did a great job. Although the helpers were an hour late, they came ready to work. They did a good job for a local move. Being that I was moving out of state, they could have stacked the truck better to prevent everything from falling over. Luckily, I packed my things appropriately to prevent breakage. I’ve learned a valuable lesson in why you should pre wrap your furniture because one guy didn’t seem to care as much about damaging the furniture. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
