I highly recommend his company, they were very easy to deal with, I needed them last minute and I am very pleased they could come same day. Tobias and Manuel arrived and got busy right away unpacking the rental truck we packed, non stop for 3 hours. I happily paid for the extra hour because they didn't complain about my packing.

Used them once before and they were good. Decided to use them a second time. Confirmed the evening before, then they did not show up. Called to check and they said they were still 30 minutes away, allegedly they used their "pro movers app" to send a message, but that was never received.
Driver did the unloading basically by himself, so I cancelled the order. When they arrived 30 minutes after the end of the arrival window they asked to help finish and promised a full hour of work, costs prorated. Order had to be un-cancelled (and Hire A Helper went above and beyond helping resolve this), and then they badmouthed for cancelling and were rude.
Demanded full travel fees, instead of prorating, and pleaded ignorance on the badmouthing.
Cost over $700 to get 6,000lbs unloaded. Will not use again.

Angel and his crew were AWESOME! I was loading a PODS container for an out of state move, but my apartment community had strict rules about where the container could be placed so a simple load job had some logistical complications. Pro Movers worked with me ahead of time to get an plan in place but I was still stressing all week about how things would go on load day (this was my first big move). As soon as Angel and the team showed up they put me completley at ease! They were efficient, professional, and very kind! The job went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend them!
