Jarvis and Loren were exactly on time, and were on the move working hard every minute that they were with us - quickly but with great care. They moved a small one-bed apt including 50-odd cardboard boxes, 2 large pieces of furniture, and all sorts of miscellaneous odds and ends down four flights of stairs in a little over two hours! I lost count of how many trips they had to take.
Jarvis is clearly extremely experienced and they both put a lot of respect on the trade by sharing knowledge throughout the process and somehow turning the whole thing into an art - they had a system for the stairs, they had general moving tips for our long drive, it was honestly all great. Definitely not just some hired muscle - true professionals!

Cory and Nate from Well Done Moving were awesome. They made a impossible 3 bedroom apartment fit into a 10 foot U-Haul and a cargo van. Truly a talent to be able to do that!!

I don’t know what I would’ve done without their help! Carried heavy furniture up multiple flights of stairs for almost two hours straight. Friendly and respectful!

They were awesome! It was a hot day and we had a lot of boxes that went up 2 flights of stairs. They were able to move our stuff in a timely manner and were very nice and communicated well. Fair pricing too. Would absolutely use them again!

They arrived on schedule and stayed the full time. They are personable and pleasant and worked hard the entire time. My move involved reorganization of an area of my house and garage and included a level of stairs. This is a different service than loading and unloading a truck and it was a huge help to me. It's great to find a company that will do an internal move within a house.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers showing up on the day of your move promptly and enthusiastic about the work day. Our crew is well trained and will be respectful and knowledgeable on the task at hand.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure that the move is carried out in an organized and efficient way you should first decide whats going to make it to the new address and also plan to get rid of the items that will not be moved via donation and or trashed. Make sure that you have the materials that are needed to enable all your items to be moved safely. We suggest that pet owners find a safe space to harbor pets if pets are kept on site and keep small children clear of the mover's paths. Last be patient and confident about the day.
What types of moves have you handled?
