When the workers insist on ending 30 minutes earlier and they do not want to do additional work, that they didn't see, it is frustrating. Also, the workers took far too many breaks, where I had to go find them. Thus, I won't recommend this service, despite how they did do a good job for the first 3.5 hours.

Would not rehire Genesys Moving Services. Did not arrive during the reserved window. Terrible attitude and not professional in their demeanor when upset about an elevator issue, resolved once communicated. Not respectful of goods. Respectful of goods when noticed client was present. Started raining, said they could keep working if they were given a “good tip.”
Job was incomplete, sent home after 2 hrs due to problems had with them throughout the move. Have had 3 movers prior to this and never had a job incomplete for an apartment. At the end asked for a 5-star review because “we get paid an extra hour for 5-star reviews.” Horribly disappointed.

we are accountable for our work on daily basis. You can also count on us to arrive at your property promptly and in uniform. We will complete your move at a time that best fits your schedule.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
