The people that where scheduled to unload my trucked called and said there vehicle broke down and they where looking to find another person to unload my truck. The main Guy at Ace did keep trying to find a replacement and he did get someone to me, a couple of hours late. The people that unloaded my truck worked non-stop and did a great job. I would have given them the highest rating if they did not show up a couple of hours late. Although, they did have a good reason for being late.

Hired Ace Movers to make 2 separate moves over 3 days. For the first move there were 4 movers scheduled and they were about an hour and a half late. However, they did work very hard and did a good job. They appeared to have 2 experienced movers and 2 helpers. They were polite and showed care for the items they were moving. For the second move, there were 2 helpers scheduled and they were well over 2 hours late in arriving. At that point, much of the moving I had done on my own. They jumped in and finished, but the late arrival was a problem. So overall, the movers were good but the late arrivals were a problem. If you can be flexible somewhat in your schedule you'll be OK.

Ace showed up a little late, but to their credit the street was new and not on a map or navigation system. In spite of this fact, they were very quick to unload the truck without banging any walls, or scratching any furniture. They were extremely polite and professional. I would use them again without hesitation.

Ace Movers were great to work with. They did an excellent job loading the truck and definately worked hard. They were a little late due to getting lost but they did call and let me know they were lost and I was able to give them directions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!

The crew of three that came out to help us were extremely helpful, courteous and hard working! Couldn't have wished for better help. They took care of our belongings loading and unloading as well as taking care not to mark floors, walls or damage trim in our new home. I'm telling all my friends about your service! They were great! Although they were a little late than expected I was contacted multiple times of their status of when they would be arriving. It was very easy to get ahold of Flip, the manager.
Ricky and Juan worked very hard and were quite efficient. We had a lot of stuff and the moving van was filled quickly and properly.

Our movers were over an hour late due to bad directions. Once they showed, everything went very well. The guys worked hard for two solid hours and got the whole apartment out the door and in the truck. We'd use them again and recommend them, just give the directions yourself.
