They arrived the first 5 mins of expected hour time slot to pick up . Which I thought was convenient. Very friendly and polite. Would recommend.
They were early to arrive, very organized/goal-oriented, and we're clearly experienced. Nothing broken, no issues. Got everything done efficiently, worked with my super to coordinate best use of elevator, and packed the truck very well. I had a cross-country trip from NYC to Chicago, and nothing shifted or moved during the trip. They also came prepared with two carts to move boxes on. Smiling with good attitudes. Great guys and very helpful. Would absolutely hire them again and again.

The guys were great: on time, friendly, respectful and hard-working. Also completed job in time estimated, and the project contact was very helpful and answered questions quickly (also knowledgeable about insurance certification, which we needed in New York City). We are repeat customers and would definitely use them again.

Horrible.not that the company is bad but the guys they sent were a waste of time and money.guy started the time as soon as he got to the house even though I wasnt even home and they hadn't even started working. I was told time starts when work begins,not when they arrive. Short older guy complained the whole time.had 2 sofas.he said that was a 4 man job to move 2 sofas. I had to take them apart cause they idea was to drag them on the floor.had a fish tank and they were so weak they couldnt even lift it.contract states anything over 400 pounds you need extra help. The tank weighed about 200. It had to be left behind.they had no experience.didnt know how to load a truck.didnt know how to take furniture apart. Argued with the one guy to the point I told him to leave cause he was in breach of contract.the truck was loaded so bad I had to leave many items behind.its a move to florida from New York. Now I will have to spend thousands on another move. The one black kid was great. Worked hard.no complaints.short older guy needs a new line of work. Company needs to screen they employees. The whole experience was a disaster and waste of time and money.
The crew that Q provided was amazing. Came on time We’re very hard working and non stop Took great care when moving all our belongings Kept upbeat when challenged with extremely heavy items. Nothing was too difficult for them to do Surprisingly got everything to fit in truck Using them again soon for final move
Movers were on time and respectful. One of the helpers continued complaining that he needs creamer with coffee and requested if we can go to Walmart and grab some. Despite my request to analyze all items that need to be moved, the movers didn't analyze the full scope of the job before loading the truck and that resulted in incomplete job and bunch of big size items were left behind. I had to schedule another move. Movers took various breaks, including 30-60 mins lunch break.. and I was billed those minutes. HireAHelper was also pain in the whole process and didn't meet expectations. Will absolutely avoid in future.
Wallace and the other gentleman were wonderful, on time, they were hard workers and I would recommend them to anyone. Sorry But I just can't seem to remember the other gentleman. But both were exception-al. Thanks again, Barbara Fodera
