The movers were nice guys but we felt that they very much took their time with our move. After booking we were contacted to increase our moving team from 2 helpers to 3 and were told that this would help get the job done faster. That definitely was not the case. We had the 3 man team- they moved very slowly, sometimes carried 1 small thing at a time, and we’re standing around the truck at times. For an hourly service, that’s not exactly the level of service we were hoping for. I believe we paid for at least 1 if not 2 unnecessary hours of time. They also damaged one of our furniture pieces by placing it on its side on the street which scratched the metal. I would not hire this company again.

A little late due to a far drive (understandable). Very gracious and professional. Prepared with own supplies for the move. Especially careful as the house I’m moving from was just painted. They worked hard and fast and got everything to fit in the pod. Would use again.

We had a 4 man crew, Thomas, Quentin, Jose, & Nigel. I could not be happier with their work. They were on time, courteous, respectful, and hard working. The job took 12 hours and they worked hard throughout the entire day. Fragile items were properly wrapped and protected, items were disassembled and reassembled without any issues. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone moving.
