Q Movers replaced Sebastien Movers who were a no show the day before, and they did a good job in lieu of the circumstances. The move - from Chelsea Manhattan to E Williamsburg Brooklyn was made more difficult due to parking challenges at both locations exacerbated by snow. Though there were only 7 total pieces to move, difficult stairs required dissembling several items. As a result the duration was extended by 2 more hours. The crew was very personable and professional, however in my estimation the job could have been completed sooner. Another item worth mentioning is that they did not adhere to COVID 19 regulations - not consistently wearing masks in the residence. In hindsight I should have called them out, but was anxious for them to finish. Over charges were in excess of $200 - so the total for the job was nearly $1000. This will give me pause about contracting a mover for a seemingly small job in the future. Overall I would recommend this mover but would advise not to underestimate both the number of helpers needed and duration of the job.

The team at Q's moving was awesome! They had a huge truck, lots of equipment, helped re-taping boxes that weren't quite ready, and tricks to getting all kinds of things down our staircase. Would recommend them for any move!

Excellent move and customer service. I used Q's Moving for my moves to and from New York City. Both times they were on time, arrived prepared, courteous throughout the moves and took care with all of my belongings. The movers also went out of their way to help put my belongings into a PODS container and even arranging everything depending on if it was for long-term storage versus things to pick up. They made the entire experience seamless and much less stressful than it could have been.

- Professional from the point our quote was approved. They have followed up with phone calls until the moving day and during the move, phone assistance was also very helpful.
- They supplied the transportation and they were on time.
-They packed the items we did not pack, like our record player, and they safety pack our items, like our tv, they packed our sofa in the furniture cover we supplied. If you need additional items to be packed, they have all sizes of boxes and they pack them for you safely for an additional charge.
-They were fast.
They made our moving experience worry-free and smooth.
