I called the hire a helper, and they quoted me a price almost double than what I would have gotten had i just booked online. Didn’t realize until after unfortunately.
The movers showed up an hour and a half late costing me $300 overtime free for my truck rental that was sitting outside waiting.
i was also charged an additional hour overtime by them because that did not move all my stuff out in two hours.
this was a very expensive lesson.

After my originally scheduled (through Hire A Helper) movers canceled on the day of my move, HAH helped me reschedule with Q’s. The team that came to do my move, Ben & EG, were fantastic! We were loading an 8’ PODS container but it had to be done same day as I’m in a city with no driveway and not allowed to leave it on the street. The team from Q’s actually got here before the PODS, got everything out of the house and staged and when the truck finally arrived (an hour late!) they were able to get it quickly loaded. They got the entire job done in the 2 hour time frame, with a smile and we all did a happy dance when the job was done! So happy we ended up with these guys and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers. Thank you Q’s!

This service was horrible. The wrong information was given to the moving company. You told them only one bedroom which it was an entire house three floors. I'm reaching out to my lawyers as we speak because this move costed me more money then was allotted for this more. Your company and Q move company got over 5,000 which we only allotted 2,000 the most. You also knew we didn't know what to expect since we were first movers out of state.

Anthony and Peter, from Q Movers, did a great job. It was the 2 of them who get the 5 stars. I didn’t appreciate Hire A Helper trying to get me to hire a third person when I knew that I didn’t have that much stuff, BUT now that it is done, I’m happy. Anthony and Peter could not have been more patient or worked harder than they did.
