Hector and Mario were the BEST! They wrapped my furniture securely and were careful loading things. No airline workers here! They loaded that POD tight and secured everything. Hector especially made sure that my fragile items such as my TV and mirrors were wrapped and packed properly and he even made sure the screws stayed in the stand so I didn't lose them. They were friendly, funny, and I had a good time talking to them too. Wonderful people to work with. I would recommend these two to anyone moving. I needed additional hours added because of all of my stuff, but they worked very hard and there was no slacking. Honestly I urged them to take a break for lunch.

They were great! They called to say exactly when they would arrive. They were careful with my things and took time loading everything to be safe and stable. They answered all my questions and had good advice. They were polite and really nice young men. I recommend them and would hire them again. I hired 2 men to move some heavy furniture into our POD. They arrived on time, with a prior phone call to,say they were I traffic, but came in as they said. They were both very polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They came prepared with extra packing items. My furniture was handled with care and respect. I would use this company again.

I am typically NOT the type of person that takes the time to write reviews, but I had to in this case. This company truly understands customer service (rare these days), which is critical when a customer is going through a stressful time like moving. I gave FIVE stars in spite of them being FOUR hours late. Why? Because you can't knock the company if the driver gets lost. Instead of just sending another two guys four hours late, I received multiple apology and update calls from managers. Also, they assigned an extra two guys for the full 5 hours at no additional charge! THAT'S how to run a company! The guys were TRUE professionals and worked very hard. There were some dings and scratches but probably because they were exhausted. They had started their day at 8am on another move and didn't start our job until 2:30pm. By 7:30pm, at the end of our 5 hour paid window we only had the truck loaded (yes, evidently I underestimated the time needed)....AND the truck's battery was dead. We talked about calling it a day and unloading the next morning but the guys were worried I would get assigned a totally new crew who would not be familiar with re-assembling some of my items. They INSISTED on staying late to complete the job. I could see they were exhausted. It was hot and humid, yet these guys kept working AND refused our offer to buy them all dinner. I quick charged the truck batteries and drove to the new location. They unloaded the truck and ended up leaving around 11:30pm after starting their day at 8am. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and plan to use them again!
