They were great! They called to say exactly when they would arrive. They were careful with my things and took time loading everything to be safe and stable. They answered all my questions and had good advice. They were polite and really nice young men. I recommend them and would hire them again. The people on the phone were very nice too and very efficient.

I hired 2 men to move some heavy furniture into our POD. They arrived on time, with a prior phone call to,say they were I traffic, but came in as they said. They were both very polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They came prepared with extra packing items. My furniture was handled with care and respect. I would use this company again.

I am typically NOT the type of person that takes the time to write reviews, but I had to in this case. This company truly understands customer service (rare these days), which is critical when a customer is going through a stressful time like moving. I gave FIVE stars in spite of them being FOUR hours late. Why? Because you can't knock the company if the driver gets lost. Instead of just sending another two guys four hours late, I received multiple apology and update calls from managers. Also, they assigned an extra two guys for the full 5 hours at no additional charge! THAT'S how to run a company! The guys were TRUE professionals and worked very hard. There were some dings and scratches but probably because they were exhausted. They had started their day at 8am on another move and didn't start our job until 2:30pm. By 7:30pm, at the end of our 5 hour paid window we only had the truck loaded (yes, evidently I underestimated the time needed)....AND the truck's battery was dead. We talked about calling it a day and unloading the next morning but the guys were worried I would get assigned a totally new crew who would not be familiar with re-assembling some of my items. They INSISTED on staying late to complete the job. I could see they were exhausted. It was hot and humid, yet these guys kept working AND refused our offer to buy them all dinner. I quick charged the truck batteries and drove to the new location. They unloaded the truck and ended up leaving around 11:30pm after starting their day at 8am. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and plan to use them again!

Men were very friendly and helpful, however upon recent unpacking of my POD, I noticed a few of my dressers got damaged in the move. I had 2 dozen moving blankets available and for some reason, they weren't used to cover all of my furniture. Therefore, when pieces got piled on top of each other, they became scratched and damaged. The movers were on time and worked very hard in the 90+ degree heat, and it is unfortunate that the damage occurred. I used this company to unpack my POD as well, and they did a great job.

The crew that came by did an excellent job. They thoroughly wrap up all the items they moved. Some of the objects were new and of high quality, and those items and everything else with the care and attention I would expect.

They showed up on time and appeared prepared with any necessary tools. My issues are as follows: both workers seemed to argue back and forth about how to carry heavy furniture, to the point it was uncomfortable and awkward as they yelled so I left the room. The older gentleman, Hector, was more concerned with using furniture straps (which he'd take 1-2 mins to set up) when the baby dresser might have weighed 15 pounds. I felt like a lot of the time was wasted with that and arguing. In addition, Hector stayed in the moving truck pushing boxes, tubs and furniture forward to me and the other helper to bring inside. Instead of that, HE should have been doing the heavy lifting while I was in the truck doing the easy part...and he was still complaining of pain! Finally, the amount of packing tape used was so wasteful, on top of the fact that they leave it on your furniture and belongings thereby causing sticky residue which takes forever to get off. Overall, I felt like I wasted quite a bit of money because I still had to do a majority of the work.
