They showed up on time and appeared prepared with any necessary tools. My issues are as follows: both workers seemed to argue back and forth about how to carry heavy furniture, to the point it was uncomfortable and awkward as they yelled so I left the room. The older gentleman, Hector, was more concerned with using furniture straps (which he'd take 1-2 mins to set up) when the baby dresser might have weighed 15 pounds. I felt like a lot of the time was wasted with that and arguing. In addition, Hector stayed in the moving truck pushing boxes, tubs and furniture forward to me and the other helper to bring inside. Instead of that, HE should have been doing the heavy lifting while I was in the truck doing the easy part...and he was still complaining of pain! Finally, the amount of packing tape used was so wasteful, on top of the fact that they leave it on your furniture and belongings thereby causing sticky residue which takes forever to get off. Overall, I felt like I wasted quite a bit of money because I still had to do a majority of the work.

I felt the job was stressful and if I wasn't watching, the guys were on their phone or resting and watching the other. Also, we had a major communication mixup on the start time and ended up going over. They also forgot some straps apparently and had to use tape to get mattresses up stairs. It was time consuming and contributed to the time overage. Nice guys, yes. Great movers, no.

Our movers were on time, and were very respectful of our home and property. They got to work immediately and worked non-stop and quickly. Richard and Andrew were so hard working and pleasant to work with. We would definitely use them again.

Q' Moving Corp movers finished my job in the allotted time but they weren't acting with professionalism. Only one of the movers was committed to moving my belongings and rallied the other two mothers. One of the movers showed up and asked where the closest deli was and then walked in my apartment and rudely demanded the bathroom, which my dog was in for comfort of the movers. Overall, it left a bad taste. Although my moving day had some bumps, the owner of the company called me today to personally apologize. Not only did he take note of the behavior and apologize; he's also terminating the mover who wasn't performing his job and sending me a $50 refund. I appreciate the great customer service, it means a lot.

I could not have been more pleased with the way Dudley and Jason from Q's Moving Corp loaded the pod with my things. They were very polite and respectful of both me and my belongings. My bedroom set has 2 large mirrors as well as 2 smaller ones and they wrapped each one very carefully and thoroughly to insure that they would be safe from any damage. I would highly recommend them by name. I only wish they could be at the other end of my move to North Carolina!
