The two men that came to move our stuff were on time, professional, and such hard workers! They were very friendly as well and we were happy to have them there. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to others.

Working with the folks at Q's was excellent. They checked in periodically and made sure that everything went according to plan. They made and then met all of their commitments. Hector and Ray were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time and worked non-stop to complete the job in the two hour time frame. I would definitely recommend Hire-a-Helper and Q's.

I booked a three person crew for packing a loading a Pod for our move.
The loading portion was good. The guys did a good job and loaded the Pod professionally, taking care to utilize the space.
The packing was so/so. They brought their own boxes, but didn't have any tools to take apart furniture. I ended up doing most of that. In addition, one of the workers kept asking me to help him load and move stuff around - which is what I hired them for to be honest.
The crew leader spent about 20-30 on his phone and at least once when I walked by he was looking at Facebook videos, so not too impressed by that - especially when I had to pay for an additional hour.
So - if everything is ready to be loaded into your Pod, then these guys are fine for the job. If you need professional packers too, you might want to explore other options.

The company sent 2 wonderful gentlemen to assist in packing my home in the Pack Rat container. The names are William and Chris. They worked very hard and were expert in their packing skills. Also they were understanding of the stress that people who are moving are experiencing. They are truly a great asset to Q moving.

The job got done, but nothing in their service was impressive. They took their time, and didn't seem to be trained on how to best use the space in the truck to fit everything in. With my husband's help they managed to do it.
