They showed up within the time frame and worked hard but not so smart.
I had prepped all the bedroom furniture by disassembling it and moved 60% of basement contents to garage to help with time. They spent a lot of time wrapping up furniture and as soon as 3 hours ended they left. They did help me move a couple of pieces downstairs but I was left with a lot of heavy pieces on my own.
They also sold me "30" moving blankets which ended up being 28 when I counted on other end for $300.00. They were filled with holes and some burn spot. Hardly new blankets and not resell able.

They called ahead to see if they could come early, which was fine with me. They called again when they were 25 minutes away.
They listened to what I asked them to do, were polite, worked continuously and loaded the container in an intelligent way so the furniture would not slide around.
Excellent job. Would use them again.

They were early, but I was not home yet. They did not work particularly hard. They were slow. One of the men was on his phone texting the entire time. He would put the phone down and fold some packing paper or unwrap one object and then pick upi the phone again. They were respectful but I would NOT use them for unpacking again.

The move involved was to come out of a 3 story Manhattan walk-up into a U-Haul truck headed to a storage locker due to a long-term job out-of-state. The workers were great. Showed up on time, finished within the time window I had assumed would work, no damage. Would be my go-to company for reversing the move in the future.

The office staff has been very communicative and helpful in advising what I would need beforehand, and today Hector and Rodney arrived and were fantastic. They packed up my whole apartment quickly and carefully, and they were also extremely friendly, nice people to be around. I definitely recommend Qs for anyone with moving / packing needs.
