They were early, but I was not home yet. They did not work particularly hard. They were slow. One of the men was on his phone texting the entire time. He would put the phone down and fold some packing paper or unwrap one object and then pick upi the phone again. They were respectful but I would NOT use them for unpacking again.

The move involved was to come out of a 3 story Manhattan walk-up into a U-Haul truck headed to a storage locker due to a long-term job out-of-state. The workers were great. Showed up on time, finished within the time window I had assumed would work, no damage. Would be my go-to company for reversing the move in the future.

I used Q's to help box up my apartment for a move. The office staff has been very communicative and helpful in advising what I would need beforehand, and today Hector and Rodney arrived and were fantastic. They packed up my whole apartment quickly and carefully, and they were also extremely friendly, nice people to be around. I definitely recommend Qs for anyone with moving / packing needs. Well worth it!

The crew from Q's Moving Corp were punctual and very courteous and respectful. They moved my things with care and really listened to the direction I gave them. We finished unloading the POD in 1/2 the time I had contracted them for, and they indicated that they could help me with anything else I might need assistance with where heavy lifting was involved. Although I said no, I could tell the offer was genuine and I would definitely use them again (I have already contracted them to unload my next POD).

I booked them to arrive from 12:00-1:00, and they showed up at 1:45. This meant that I didn't get the full 3 hours I'd booked, because I had to be out of my apartment by 4:30. Everything was pretty rushed. They hustled, took good care of my stuff, and did a good job loading the truck securely (nothing came loose or broke in a 400-mile drive). But I was a little disappointed in the timing.
