We hired Q's Moving Corp for an unusual job - unstacking and restacking our washer/dryer and installing a water hammer arrester on the washer. I was really concerned about damage to the units (they're new, expensive and heavy), so I hired a company that has it's own insurance in addition to the insurance HireAHelper provides. I was also extremely clear about the job and requested very strong workers so they wouldn't drop the dryer or damage the units.
We unscrewed the stacker and had the mini resters ready, plus wrenches available. Neil & Mike arrived 17 minutes early and were finished in less than 30 minutes! We had been prepared to put the arresters on ourselves, but they did the job themselves, asked if there was anything else they could do, and made sure we were satisfied with their work. After checking the units, I asked if they could move them an inch to the left, so we could access the on/off valves, and they did it happily and without question. They worked quickly, but safely, and the washer/dryers were around 200 lbs each, so they worked very hard, as well. There was no damage to either unit, thank goodness, because they were very respectful of our property, and to us, as well.
They were even funny, and told me that they knew that a woman had written the description because there was so much detail. My DH would have written "move washer/dryers, install water hammer arrester, put back together". I was pleased that they'd read my notes, and also that they were able to come on a Sunday. I'd definitely use them again.

Joe, Lee and John were my movers they arrived a little late due to traffic but kept me informed and updated until their arrival..Once they arrived they got right to work I did go an hour over but I lived on a the 3rd floor and it was cold so I am ok with paying the extra. They took extreme care with my things making sure everything was secure and ready to go..I will recommend this company and especially those guys to anyone...I will definitely use them again...
