Their service was mostly good - the movers were pleasant, punctual, hardworking, etc. - yet I am rating them only 2 stars because I *did* have one big problem with this service.
They, without telling us, periodically left my wife and I's possessions unattended. This resulted in some pretty expensive things (new game consoles) being stolen off the street when the movers were not looking.
In every other way both the movers and Q's staff (whom I spoke to over the phone) seemed professional and dedicated. I just hope in the future they pay more attention to these things, even if they seem small. 9 times out of 10 it might be fine, but I happened to be number 10.

My husband Dan and I were so pleased with our Q Movers. They called ahead and arrived perfectly on time, they were very prepared and knew exactly how to load iPod. They worked very very hard and stay until the job was complete. We were very Courteous and so careful with our belongings. We packed most things. Then they helped us pack the delicate items. The Pod we ordered was too small, even though the Packers put it together like a jigsaw puzzle. We received an extra pod the following day and requested the same movers again. We would certainly use Q movers began in fact we have several times.
