I am unsure why I was booked with a moving company from Long Island when I live in CT and was moving farther into CT. I had to pay more $ for their travel time. They were also scheduled to arive between 8am and 9am but did not get to my place until 11am! The movers were very friendly but the experience was poor.
As per are 2nd issue the pick up address and the destination where 1 hour apart its unheard of not to charge for travel Thank you -
