I was very pleased with the service provided by Q's Moving. The team showed up about 1/2 hour late BUT they called me promptly at the appointed time and explained that they were caught in traffic and on their way. They were well prepared with blankets, tape, shrink wrap, and hand carts. They assessed exactly which pieces would require special attention and handled everything with care. The team was friendly, respectful, and made efficient use of their time. I fully recommend.

They called me to let me know they were leaving to come to my apt. and also to let me know their estimated time of arrival. They introduced themselves right off the bat and went right to work! Q's basically extorted me and my wife for our loading help. They showed up late, then took their time during the guaranteed 2 hours. Once that was up, they refused to honor the $90/hour rate that was in the HireAHelper agreement. They said the actual rate was higher and that they didn't work for HireAHelper. We ended up paying them cash to avoid a hassle, since about half our heavier furniture items were still inside and we couldn't take them down ourselves. They also didn't use the many furniture pads we provided and our wood furniture was scratched as a result. We also had to unload and re-pack part of the truck because they just placed things wherever. We felt robbed.

Q's team was awesome. They made the move to a storage facility and did it in 3 hrs. The weather was brutally hot and the two guys were hard workers. They seemed to know exactly how to move each piece down hills, up stairs and fit everything perfectly in the truck and Storage unit. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

The two men on the truck were very professional and knew their job. The one set back was that they were from Queens, NY and weren't familiar with New Jersey or Staten Island. This caused a delay of a few hours. I would use them again if u give them a GPS>.

The movers themselves were some of the best I've ever hired - they cared about my things, put everything where I wanted it, made sure all the items were packed and transported safely. It was a level of care and service you normally only get with the super expensive big van cross-country companies. The prices were very competetive and they worked with me to make sure I understood the charges and even to keep them low! If you can make requests, ask for Jason, Mikey, and Floyd.
