M & M Movers did a awesome job moving my furniture into two PODS. Was very professional and personal. The owner Elvis is a retired Army Officer and the precision in which the employees moves reflects that. M&M don't be playing around when it comes to moving. Plus they are very careful with your furniture.

No they were sliding boxes on top of our furniture, put our recliner on or mat in the storage unit. The mat was one that said welcome and was kept outside. The recliner was broken down into pieces so yhe head part was the one placed on ground.

I actually requested one helper; since a team of two were working on the job prior to and after mine, the second guy showed up, and was simply going to work for FREE! Of course afterwards I insisted on paying for both of them. Money well spent.
But more importantly, when they realized I was faced with using a fifth U-Box, which would have cost me a LOT more money, they "did their magic," and somehow managed to get everything into FOUR!
Last but not least, they were courteous, cheerful and helpful overall.
Both times I have used M&M I have been very happy. Great crews!

On time. Very prepared. Worked their asses off and probably saved me $200 in the process - I can only recommend Elvis and his partner but they showed up and worked at 110% the entire time. No damage to some very heavy and very expensive furniture and electronics as far as I can tell (still unpacking). Next time I move I will hire Elvis directly. So serious, for reference call (757)450-1451, and I can go into detail. Not sure about the rest of the outfit, but these guys were A +++ movers. They would appreciate (but do not expect) some powerade on hand to keep them hydrated they work so hard. Best move I've ever had.

Extremely professional and did an excellent job in packing some very unusual objects. We were very pleased with their courtesy and ability to facilitate the job to go quickly and to understand that valuables to the customer should mean as much to them as packers. Would certainly rehire and would recommend to anyone.

The crew was very efficient and very professional. They finished faster than the estimated time and didn't just rush off, they made sure everything was properly stowed in the truck and made sure we didn't forget anything else inside the apartment. They also came at a short notice after the previous moving company decided not to show up at the last minute. After we arrived at our destination all our stuff are all safe and secure, even though we drove through up-and-down hills and curvy roads. I would recommend M&M Moving Services to anyone who needs a friendly, professional, and thorough moving service.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
